Serena van der Woodsen

It was a bright morning. The birds were chirping, there was a light breeze, and the sky had a beautiful shade of blue. But, the only downside of this lovely morning was, it was a Monday!

Serena, late as usual, bolted through the busy footpaths of New York, got into a yellow cab and asked the driver to take her to her destination as fast as possible, typical Serena.

She was dressed in maroon designer jeans, with a white Burberry top and black boots. Her blonde hair were put up in a messy bun and she was sporting a brown handbag.

As soon as Serena had got into the cab, she pulled out a lipstick and a compact and started applying the makeup on her beautiful, clear skin, with dark circles under her eyes, because that is what happens when you stay up late partying with her rich besties. But after all, she is just nineteen!

The cab pulled up in front of an enormous building, which had Vogue written on the top in big black letters. Serena rushed in, trying not to be any more late. She checked in using her id (not that she needed to), and rushed towards the Editor's Studio. She seated herself in her little compartment and started editing the article she received from Mrs. Lily van der Woodsen, the head of Vogue and her mother!

After a long day of editing with few minutes of coffee breaks, she picked her tired self up from the white chair and proceeded to leave. She took a cab back home and fell into her soft king-sized bed, with a Burberry bedsheet and pillowcases paired with a fluffy white blanket.

Serena was about to fall asleep when her phone rang, and there she was off to another party and being late to the office the next day again!
