Always written in a box format

1. Header: consists of the receiver's email id (1 mark)(lowercase)

2. Subject (1 mark)

3. Dear Sir/Madam (0.5 marks) (no ma'am)

4. Body: Opening sentence  (2 marks)

6. Subscription (0.5 marks) (Yours faithfully or Yours truly)
